王记成,男,汉族,1979年7月出生,博士研究生学历,副教授,现就职于伟德源自英国1946“乳品生物技术与工程”教育部重点实验室。入选2023年度“宿迁英才”雄鹰计划。主要研究方向:乳酸菌开发利用。主持国家自然科学基金地区项目、内蒙古自然科学基金面上项目、内蒙古自治区高等学校科学研究项目共4项;获得内蒙古自治区自然科学奖二等奖(2022-Z-2-02-R4)、中国畜产品加工研究会科技进步奖一等奖(2022-J01-02-R05)、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖技术发明奖一等奖(2019-129-R06)、神农中华农业科技奖(TD2017-R-013-15)、内蒙古科技进步一等奖(2012-J-006-1-06-R5)、教育部高等学校科技进步二等奖(2011-249,第4完成人)、内蒙古自治区优秀博士论文奖(2014年)各1项;发表学术论文40篇;授权发明专利7项。
